Everyone is bandwagoning to Deadpool
and that kinda makes me, a Deadpool fan from way back (2004 -_-“) kinda pissed. I blame the stupid X-men Origins Wolverine which butchered the character in the movie but somehow increased his popularity. Even now, the way Deadpool is being written is not as good as the way he was written back in the late 90’s early 2000’s. He has too many voices in his head, and the recent comics where he wants to get killed by the Hulk and ends up in the mental institute where they’re hinting on curing his insanity isn’t even that good. It’s not even that funny. I missed when he didn’t have that many fans and was less mainstream. He has more series out right now then Wolverine, there’s something wrong with that. The worst part is when people are asked who their favorite super hero is and they answer “oh Deadpool he’s hilarious”. First of all, he’s not a hero, he’s a mercenary who fights more bad guys then good guys recently. Second, if you only like Deadpool because he makes hilarious puns, GTFO because he’s so much more then funny and badass. Personaly I like Deadpool because most of the other heroes think he’s annoying and the situations he gets into isn’t predictable. They’re even planning on killing him off next winter -_-“. I think marvel should lay low with Deadpool for a while, wait until his movie comes out and start selling out with him later. I know Deadpool is selling out right now but when his movie comes out, it’s gonna be insane. Although he’s my fave comic book character, I’m gonna try not to seem like those noob fan boys who likes Deadpool.
